Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS policies and procedures aligned with legal and regulatory standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure full compliance with EHS requirements. Deliver training and ongoing support to employees on best practices in health, safety, and environmental management. Lead investigations into incidents and accidents, producing detailed reports and actionable recommendations. Monitor, analyse, and report on EHS performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Work closely with management to foster a proactive culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
