A national independent property development company in Oxfordshire are looking for a

Head of Property for new and re-sale properties at over 50 sites in the south of the UK.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the business, ensuring that it offers a first-class resales and new home sale service to all existing and future clients and becomes the agent of choice for the sale of all homes.

As well as acting as line manager for all staff and running all day-to-day business operations, the Head of Property also functions as a director on the board and makes a significant contribution to the strategic development of the business.

Offering an effective and high performing in-house agency to leaseholders and new business partners is a key priority.

Responsibilities

To lead on all aspects of the Property business.

To provide expert analysis and advice to the company with regards to property sales.

To identify all opportunities for business growth (revenue and profit) to maximise performance and lead to the future success of the company.

Working with the Property teams as necessary to implement initiatives and monitor their success.

To optimise the number of properties in the Property pipeline, ensuring maximum property values within the portfolio.

To ensure an excellent level of customer service is always delivered to clients, contributing to the reputational development of the brand.
