We are currently recruiting for a supervisor to work for our national client based in Oxford. You will be joining our client at an exciting time as they are expanding their work force. The role will see you supervising various teams including catering and cleaning staff. It will be your responsibility to lead the team regarding rotas, monitor various onsite procedures and implanting change to benefit both cost savings and efficiently. You will also attend regular managers meetings to discuss issues and implementing change across all services. Our clients pride itself on priding the highest level of service to its clients, it is your responsibility to regularly collate audits to confirm standard set out are regularly achieved. Daily communication with area managers to discuss updated on daily cleaning tasks. To make sure that all cleaning tasks are completed according to the schedule and SLA Train and develop all staff across the contracts Updating on weekly and monthly cleaning schedules Assign cleaners with the appropriate daily cleaning duties. Ensure daily. Weekly and monthly audits are completed and carried out Deputise as necessary for the Senior Cleaning Manager when required To be successful in the role you will you need to have great interpersonal skills with ability to communicate to all staff across all sites. Basic IT is required preferably Microsoft Office. The role is working Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 15:00 & occasional weekend work, £13.79 Per hour.
