Reporting to the New Connections Manager within the heart of the operations team, as a New Connections customer service advisor, you won't just be helping our customers understand the installations process; you'll be part of the driving force behind revolutionising our many processes within the new connections team and delivering unparalleled customer experiences to both our large and mid-market customers.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nCall Handling: Serve as a point of escalation for customer queries that come via or phone lines.\\nProblem-Solving: Demonstrate a keen problem-solving ability, addressing issues with precision and efficiency.\\nCommunication Excellence: Exhibit excellent communication skills.\\n To succeed you will need \\n\\nExcellent verbal communication skills.\\nAbility to remain calm.\\nProblem solving skills.\\nAble to prioritise conflicting activities and work under pressure.\\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team and on own initiative. \\n\\nApply now and a member of the team will be in touch
