Manpower are looking for a highly experienced Customer Service Administrator to work for our client based remotely. Monday – Friday £13.50 per hour 10am – 3pm (minimum of 20 hours a week) Part Time (temporary for 3 months minimum) Fully remote (must live within a 40 mile radius of Leominster) Day to Day Tasks: Respond to customer communications or queries and resolve any issues. To include the provision of information such as price & availability of stock, product information, delivery information, account information Communicating with customers regarding their requirements such as lead time, site contact details, scheduled delivery days Use the company’s CRM system to manage all day to day contact and project activity Maintain and develop day to day and strategic information in all of the company’s systems Work with all relevant staff members to target 100% accuracy in all key communications such as sensitive subjects or mass mailings Assist other staff members in tasks where they need to communicate information to the customers Deal with complaints from customers for delays, lost or damaged items, picking errors, manufacturing faults Distribute internally non-compliance reports to detail complaints and their subsequent actions Actively seek to increase the company’s sales with proactive outbound relationship management and product awareness broadcasts Assist the accounts department in certain aspects of credit control Prepare and distribute reports monthly in relation to sales figures, trends and notable changes such as customers gained and lostRequirements: 4+ years of customer service/administrative/business background Strong reading and writing skills Data input accuracy to 995 out of 1000 keystrokes SAP, Sage, Quickbooks or Xero experience required. Or alternatively, a highly integrated bespoke ERP systems Ability to manage own work load and work independently Going above and beyond to support the business Tasks are office based and travel will be minimal although in certain cases it may be mutually beneficial to visit the customers, suppliers and the warehouse Must have a home work station big enough for 2 monitors, a desk phone, headset with docking station, keyboard and mouse (provided and installed by our client)Our Client Our client is an extremely supportive, work focused, small group of individuals outperforming the industry with their output and surpassing their competitors with their service accuracy and superior products.
