Manpower Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to work on-site with a large manufacturing company based in the Derry area.
Hours of Work: 30 hours per week. Flexibility is required to cover a mix of mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends, in line with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with shift managers regarding temporary workforce requirements.
- Report any issues or updates to the Manpower Team Lead.
- Support temporary production staff with setting up and using payroll applications.
- Communicate with temporary staff regarding performance and any workplace concerns.
- Remind temporary staff to submit weekly working hours accurately and on time.
- Carry out general administrative duties to support on-site operations.
