Manpower Engineering are working with a residential development company who are building a number of affordable properties in Grantown-on-Spey to help them recruit a Construction Site Manager with strong leadership skills. We're seeking a skilled Construction Site Manager to lead our clients residential development project. From planning to execution, you'll ensure safety, quality, and efficiency every step of the way.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in Construction Site Management
- Expertise in industry regulations and methods
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- CSCS Card and SMSTS Training
- Proficiency in MS software
- First Aid
- Full UK Driving license
Responsibilities:
- Oversee site operations and team productivity
- Resolve technical challenges on-site
