Role Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, UK-based organisation operating within the textiles and industrial services sector. This role is ideal for a professional Class 2 (Category C) driver looking for consistent routes, structured working hours, and job security.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Class C vehicle, completing scheduled deliveries (including multi-drop routes)
- Provide a high standard of customer service at delivery sites
- Safely load and unload goods
- Follow planned routes to meet delivery schedules
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects
- Support basic stock checks and report shortages or damages
- Demonstrate flexibility to meet operational requirements
Nights Out (Essential)
- 2-3 nights out per week
- Hotel accommodation fully provided
- £30 night-out allowance per night, paid on top of salary
- No weekend work required
About You
- Hold a valid Class C (Category C) licence
- Clean or near-clean driving record
- Experience in a delivery or service driving role
- Confident dealing with customers
