The Role
We're seeking Systems Engineers to support the development, integration, and verification of Electrical Power Distribution Systems within a highly regulated engineering environment.
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in early lifecycle systems engineering, including requirements capture, system architecture, and concept development.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, analyse, and manage system requirements.
- Contribute to system architecture and design activities.
- Support system integration, testing, verification, and validation.
- Develop test procedures and analyse results.
- Manage requirements traceability, baselines, and change control.
- Work closely with software, hardware, and other engineering teams.
Essential Skills
- Systems engineering experience across development and/or verification activities.
- Strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle.
- Experience with requirements management and system architecture.
- Knowledge of verification and validation processes.
- Experience in complex engineering environments (aerospace, defence, automotive, etc.).
Desirable Skills
- Electrical Power Distribution Systems knowledge.
- MATLAB/Simulink modelling for prototyping and concept development.
- Closed-loop control systems experience.
- Knowledge of ARP4754A or similar standards.
- Agile/Kanban experience.
