Our client, a specialist manufacturer of high-precision assemblies for the medical industry, is seeking a skilled technician to join their close-knit team based in Chalgrove, Oxfordshire.

You will be joining a small business of around 12 people, including a hands-on workshop team of four. The company prides itself on producing 100% defect-free assemblies that play a vital role in medical equipment used worldwide. The Role
As an Electronic Assembly Technician, you will:
- Assemble and inspect cable harnesses and electronic products to high standards of accuracy.
- Carry out precise soldering and tinning work, including joining cables and soldering components onto PCBs.
- Use hand crimping tools and a variety of workshop equipment to complete detailed finishing work.
- Follow technical drawings and assembly instructions carefully, maintaining documentation as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold the company's commitment to zero-defect manufacturing.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in cable harness or electronic assembly, ideally within a high-reliability or regulated industry.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Confidence in soldering and crimping to fine tolerances.

- Own transport, as public transport links to the site are limited.
Hours and Pay
