Admin Assistant Location: Wakefield Shifts: Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00 Pay Rate: £25,000 We are seeking a temporary admin assistant for our client in Wakefield. This role is a comprehensive administrative function designed to ensure efficient planning, installation, decommissioning, site support, and emergency breakdown management. Key Responsibilities: Administer the planning and logistics of installations, decommissioning, and emergency breakdown responses. Liaise with mobile engineers to resolve customer issues, or forward to the Regional Service Managers or branches depending on type of issue. i.e., customer related/breakdowns. Liaise with transport regarding install/dis-mantles within an agreed timely manner. Ensure all activities are compliant with the relevant safety, technical, and legal regulations, including accreditation requirements (e.g., CSCS, PASMA). Communicate closely with Technical Support on all installs/dismantles ensuring agreed work streams are reached. Always work in a manner that prioritises safety and adheres to the company's Health and Safety Policy. Requirements: Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficiency in administration and resource management software. In-depth understanding of site-specific requirements and legal certifications (e.g., CSCS, PASMA). Experience handling customer queries and troubleshooting issues effectively. A strong understanding of Health and Safety protocols on construction sites.
