Manpower is recruiting experienced Baristas on behalf of our client to work within a busy coffee shop team. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, preparing high-quality beverages and maintaining the smooth day-to-day running of the café.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks, including specialty coffees and teas.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times.
- Operate the till and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the café, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Restock supplies and assist with deliveries when required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar coffee shop or café role is essential.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and a team player.
- Standard DBS check (Manpower covers the cost of this).
- Food Hygiene Certificate - Level 2 (we can support you with this).
