About the role: Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Team Leader to support the Client Director and Client Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring SLAs and key objectives are consistently met while fostering a service-driven culture. You will oversee team members who manage the processes and procedures for delivering our workforce solutions, driving high performance to achieve all objectives, KPIs, and SLAs. Working closely with hiring managers in the financial sector, you will help build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline. Additionally, you will design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring all requirements are managed in accordance with established processes, milestones, and budgetary guidelines.
