As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will specialise in permanent staffing and will be responsible for proactively identifying and developing relationships with businesses looking to grow. You will work closely with clients to identify top talent and build relationships with both current and future candidates.
To succeed in this role, you will need to become a Specialist Skilled Recruitment Consultant within the Manufacturing vertical. This involves developing a comprehensive understanding of your potential clients, their strategies, culture, and recruitment practices. You will use a combination of sales, business development, marketing, and networking techniques to position Manpower as the supplier of choice, expanding your client portfolio and securing new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and become a Subject Matter Expert in your chosen vertical, understanding client industries, strategies, culture, and recruitment needs.
- Use sales, business development, marketing, and networking techniques to position Manpower as the supplier of choice within target organisations.
- Build and maintain multiple relationships with existing clients to drive new opportunities and ensure long-lasting partnerships.
- Leverage social media for market research, client engagement, advertising roles, and attracting candidates.
- Proactively headhunt passive talent and match candidates to client vacancies.
- Prepare CVs and correspondence for suitable candidates to forward to clients.
- Organise interviews and provide feedback to both clients and candidates.
- Offer market insights to clients and candidates on salaries, pay rates, training, and career progression.
- Work towards and exceed targets, ensuring the successful completion of the recruitment process.
- Review and suggest improvements to recruitment policies and selection techniques.
- Lead by example, supporting junior associates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and recruitment standards.
- Qualify candidates before submitting them to clients, ensuring their suitability for the role.
- Brief candidates on job responsibilities, salary, and benefits, and manage the interview process.
