What you\’ll be doing:

• 360 recruitment across temp and perm roles
• Winning new business through sales and lead generation
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Managing and growing client accounts
• Working to and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
• Covering clients and roles across Kent and Essex

What we\’re looking for:

• Experience as a Recruitment Consultant (agency preferred)
• Strong business development and sales ability
• Sector experience in Driving, Manufacturing, Logistics or Industrial recruitment
• Excellent communication and account management skills
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
