Key responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through business development and sales β your success will directly influence your earnings
- Deliver bespoke staffing solutions withing your specialist market
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle β sourcing, screening and placing candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidate
- Exceed targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
