Are you passionate about building strong client relationships, driving business growth, and specialising in Driving? Manpower is looking for a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Ashford. This role will allow you to focus on building up your already warm desk within driving, using your sales and business development skills to drive revenue and expand our client portfolio. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll become a subject-matter expert in Driving while using your expertise to build and maintain client relationships. You will be office-based and play a key role in growing the business and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development to build revenue and expand the client portfolio
- Specialise in the driving sector, becoming an expert in your field
- Schedule and attend business development meetings with clients
- Build and manage relationships with existing clients to maximise opportunities
- Use talent databases to match candidates with the right client vacancies
- Review applications, manage interviews, and shortlist candidates
- Qualify candidates and assess their suitability before submitting them to clients
- Prepare CVs and correspondence for clients
- Organise interviews and provide valuable feedback
- Consistently work towards and exceed set targets/KPIs

What we're looking for:
- Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Strong business development and sales ability
- Sector experience in Driving, Manufacturing, Logistics or Industrial recruitment
- Excellent communication and account management skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
