About the role: As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll join a high-performing team delivering permanent staffing solutions. You'll connect top talent with growing businesses, providing tailored recruitment solutions that help organisations thrive.
- Drive revenue growth through business development and sales - your success will directly influence your earnings
- Deliver bespoke staffing solutions within your specialist market
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening and placing candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
