Manpower Wales are currently recruiting for experienced HGV Class 1 Trunker Drivers to join a well-established, family-run distribution business with an excellent reputation across the UK logistics sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for professional drivers looking for regular, ongoing work with both day and night shifts available.
The Role:
- Trunking and palletised deliveries between distribution centres and customer sites
- Safe and efficient transportation of goods
- Vehicle checks and completion of relevant paperwork
- Securing loads correctly using straps and other load restraint methods
- Adhering to all driving regulations and company procedures
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience
- Previous experience with palletised deliveries
- Good geographic knowledge and route planning skills
- Experience securing and strapping down loads
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- No more 6 points - No major endorsements
- Professional, reliable and safety-conscious approach to work
