Hourly Rate: £21.06 - 24.18 per hour

What you'll be doing
- Safely operate Class 2 vehicle on planned routes between distribution centres and delivery locations.
- Transport mail, parcels and freight efficiently while meeting delivery schedules.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects in line with company procedures.
- Load and unload vehicles safely while ensuring the security of all goods.
- Complete delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately.
- Work independently while maintaining excellent communication with the wider operations team.
- Follow all road transport legislation, health and safety regulations and company policies.
What we're looking for
- Valid UK C driving licence.
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- No more than 6 penalty points and no serious driving endorsements.
- 1 years previous HGV driving experience within a logistics or distribution environment.
- Strong understanding of UK road transport legislation and vehicle safety.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 21 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
- 7.25 hour guarantee per shift.
