Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a reliable Material Handler to join its Southend facility. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials and components within a warehouse and manufacturing environment, ensuring production teams receive the parts they need to meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
- Move stock using hand trucks, pallet trucks, forklifts, hoists, and other handling equipment
- Support goods-in, goods-out, and warehouse operations
- Supply materials to production areas to support manufacturing schedules
- Maintain accurate stock handling and storage practices
- Adhere to all Health & Safety, quality, and company procedures
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, stores, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Forklift experience or licence advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to follow procedures and work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and motivated approach to work
