HR Administrator
Location: East Midlands Airport
If you thrive on variety, enjoy helping people get the right HR support, and can stay organised when enquiries come in fast, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a busy HR environment. You'll play a key role in keeping HR casework moving and supporting colleagues through important workplace processes.
What you'll be doing:
- Responding to high-volume, generalist HR queries-ensuring the right information is provided quickly and accurately
- Supporting the HR team with grievances and disciplinaries, including initial triage to determine next steps
- Assisting with the administration and coordination of HR case processes (e.g., keeping records up to date and supporting smooth progression)
- Helping ensure documentation is complete, consistent, and ready for escalation where required
- Prioritising workloads to meet timelines, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality throughout
What you'll bring:
- Strong HR generalist administration experience (day-to-day HR support, not just theory)
- Confidence managing a steady stream of enquiries and prioritising effectively
- Experience supporting sensitive HR activity, with a thoughtful and discreet approach
- Excellent attention to detail-able to keep records accurate and case steps on track
- Clear communication skills and professionalism when dealing with different stakeholders
Additional information:
- Immediate start required
- Ongoing assignment until March 2027
- 37.5 hours per week, 09:00-17:00
