Job Responsibilities
- Operate a Class 1 vehicle safely and professionally.
- Complete assigned deliveries and collections to schedule, maintaining accurate timing and documentation
- Follow all site rules and loading/unloading procedures
- Ensure vehicle checks are completed before and after each shift
- Maintain compliance with tachograph and driving regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) entitlement
- Must be over 21
- Less than 6 points on your licence - no major endorsements
- Strong understanding of UK driving and tachograph compliance
- Ability to work days, night shifts and manage weekend schedules reliably
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude with transport teams and site staff
- Ability to complete paperwork accurately and on time
- HGV 1 driving capability with safe, confident handling of large goods vehicles
