Are you an experienced Payroll professional who prides themselves on accuracy, service excellence, and teamwork? We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll Operations team in Uxbridge. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring colleagues across the business are paid accurately and on time, while supporting process improvements and helping develop team capability.

What You Will Be Doing
- Payroll Processing & Accuracy
- Process and validate payroll submissions and templates
- Manage SSP, Parental Pay, Student Loans, NI exemptions, Pensions and RTI tasks
- Handle holiday queries and statutory payroll documentation
- Customer Service & Query Resolution
- Respond to payroll queries from employees, internal teams and external agencies
- Produce statements of earnings, copy payslips, references and government forms
- Payments & Adjustments
- Process BACS recalls, faster payments and CHAPS
- Manage overpayments, manual adjustments and payroll reconciliations
- Compliance & Year‑End Support
- Auto‑Enrolment, P11D activities and National Statistics Surveys
- Ensure compliance with HMRC requirements, internal controls and SOX frameworks
- Teamwork & Continuous Improvement
- Support and cross‑train team members
- Contribute to department goals
- Identify and support implementation of process improvements
