Job Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery to perform specified operations or produce parts in accordance with company standards.
- Set up machines, load raw materials, and manually operate equipment to ensure smooth production flow.
- Unload finished products from machines, inspecting for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Work from written or verbal instructions and follow general operating procedures, applying judgment and selectivity as needed.
- Maintain control over product quality throughout the production process.
- Assist in identifying and resolving issues or problems that may arise during production, seeking guidance when necessary.
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times in the workplace.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good mechanical aptitude and practical skills relevant to operating production machinery.
- Experience working with production machines and manual handling of raw materials.
- Ability to work from written or verbal instructions, demonstrating attention to detail.
- Basic data entry and computer proficiency preferred.

- Day Shift: £12.96 per hour
- Afternoon Shift: £15.81 per hour
- Night Shift: £16.85 per hour
- Overtime Rate: £19.44 (Monday to Saturday), £25.93 (Sunday)
Note: Candidates will be expected to work different shifts each week on a rotation basis.
