What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a mechanical maintenance team
- Driving machine uptime, reliability and maintenance quality
- Owning all planning & scheduling activities
- Coaching, mentoring and building a high-performance culture

- Spearheading continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
