Overview

Salary: £14 per hour (Living Wage Employer)

Location: Inverness Retail Park

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7am - 7pm

Manpower has a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become a Security Vetting Analyst, working with our client, Capgemini.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct security vetting and clearance processes for employees and contractors.
  • Manage ongoing security clearance reviews for existing employees and contractors.
  • Analyse security clearance investigation reports and make recommendations to management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date security clearance records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and government agencies to ensure compliance with security clearance policies and procedures.
  • Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations related to security vetting and clearance processes.

What you'll bring:

  • The successful candidate will be required to undertake UK Government National Security Vetting at SC level. Police vetting at a minimum of NPPV2/CTC would be desirable.
  • Experience in conducting detailed administration processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Ability to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer focused service to relevant stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
