We are seeking an experienced all-round contractor to carry out drainage and structural alteration works within a factory environment.
Scope of Works:
- Installation of a concrete lintel.
- Forming a breach in an existing block wall.
- Formation of a new drainage channel connecting into existing site drainage.
- Breaking out and excavating a section of the factory floor.
- Creating a 1.2m x 1.2m opening through the concrete slab to facilitate tunnelling and associated groundworks.
- Making good the wall with blockwork to a professional finish.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in bricklaying, groundworks, and concrete works.
- Experience of grinding machinery essential.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality workmanship.
- Strong understanding of health and safety on site.
Duration & Start Date:
Works are scheduled to commence early next week. Estimated duration is approximately two weeks.
