Manpower Recruitment are looking for a Full Time Permanent Demi Chef de Partie for an established restaurant based in Chinnor, Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate would come from a Rosette or Michelin star setting. This is a Full-Time role, working 5/7 days and would need flexibility to work weekends, evenings and mornings. The role is paying £28,000 pa + Service Charge (up to £3,000 per year).
Details:
- No Monday working as restaurant is closed
- Sunday lunchtime working only
- Allocated one extra evening off per week
- Split shifts required between shifts/working straight through
- Car parking on site
- Live in options available for a small fee
Overall Objective: To prepare, cook and serve meals that meet the standards set by the Head Chef.
As Demi Chef de Partie you will have a variety of responsibilities including:
- Assisting in the food preparation process
- Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes
- Preparing vegetables, meats and fish
- Assisting other Chefs
- Helping with deliveries and restocking
- Assisting with stock rotation/Cleaning stations
- Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
