About the Role

We are partnering with a leading global organisation to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer on a contract basis. Following challenges in identifying suitable talent within the Belgian market, the search has been expanded to the UK. The successful candidate will be based at the Fawley Refinery.

You will join a collaborative, international Talent Acquisition team comprising three Recruiters, reporting to a Manager based in Hungary. The role will focus on sourcing experienced professionals (MPT roles) across multiple European markets, including the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Hungary, and the Czech Republic, with occasional support in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of short-, medium-, and long-term hiring requirements, including niche and executive roles
  • Design and implement innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Proactively identify, engage, and attract both active and passive candidates through targeted and personalised outreach
  • Conduct initial screening and high-level candidate assessments prior to handover to Recruiters
  • Build, develop, and maintain robust talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
  • Analyse and interpret market intelligence, including talent availability, competitor activity, and salary benchmarking
  • Monitor sourcing effectiveness, utilising data and insights to continuously optimise strategies
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, Compensation & Benefits, and Communications
  • Champion a high-quality candidate experience throughout the sourcing process
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within Talent Acquisition practices

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of seven years' specialist sourcing experience across multiple industries and functions
  • Demonstrated success in engaging passive candidates and delivering high-quality talent pipelines
  • Advanced expertise in sourcing methodologies, including Boolean search, talent mapping, and market research
  • Proven ability to operate independently, driving sourcing strategies and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised, with a strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and problem-solving ability
  • Fluent in English; additional European language skills (French, Dutch, or German) are advantageous
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
