Health & Safety Advisor 12-Month Fixed Term Contract | Sevenoaks, Kent Salary: Β£40,210 - Β£44,130 FTE | 37.5 Hours per Week This is a fantastic opportunity to lead health and safety compliance, promote a positive safety culture, and help ensure a safe environment for staff, students, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review health & safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and accident investigations.
  • Provide expert advice to managers and staff on compliance and best practice.
  • Deliver health & safety training and inductions.
  • Liaise with contractors, regulators, and external agencies.

What We're Looking For:

  • NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong health & safety experience with a solid understanding of UK legislation.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
  • Experience within education or public sector environments is desirable.

An Enhanced DBS check will be required. This organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
