Health & Safety Advisor 12-Month Fixed Term Contract | Sevenoaks, Kent Salary: £40,210 - £44,130 FTE | 37.5 Hours per Week This is a fantastic opportunity to lead health and safety compliance, promote a positive safety culture, and help ensure a safe environment for staff, students, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review health & safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and accident investigations.
- Provide expert advice to managers and staff on compliance and best practice.
- Deliver health & safety training and inductions.
- Liaise with contractors, regulators, and external agencies.
What We're Looking For:
- NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
- Strong health & safety experience with a solid understanding of UK legislation.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
- Experience within education or public sector environments is desirable.
