In this role, you'll support the assembly and processing of high-quality products, working to established specifications and safety standards. You'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where teamwork, attention to detail and good manufacturing practice (GMP) are essential.

What you'll do:

  • Complete manufacturing and assembly tasks to strict quality standards
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping and follow hygiene & gowning procedures
  • Support training of new colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Work safely with equipment, including basic calibration tasks
  • Collaborate as part of a strong, supportive team

What we're looking for:

  • Good numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Good hygiene, attention to detail, and dexterity
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs
  • 0-2 years' experience (manufacturing experience helpful but not essential)
