Temporary Seasonal Role - Production Operative / Production Support
Location: Harrogate, HG2
Contract: Temporary (4-6 months, Monday-Friday)
Hours: 4-5 days per week, 8:00am-4:00pm (up to 37.5 hours) depending on work load.
Pay: £12.71 per hour (first 12 weeks), rising to £13.33 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating heat press machines (full training provided)
- Picking and packing orders with accuracy and care
- Supporting production runs and keeping workflow smooth
- Monitoring and organising stock
- Handling general tasks, including some lifting, folding, opening and sealing bags
- Maintaining excellent production and quality standards
- Quality checks
- Operating folding machines
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in production, factory, or warehouse work
- Knowledge of print or heat press processes is a bonus
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Comfortable with physical tasks and being on your feet
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work well in a busy, team‑focused environment
