Key Responsibilities
- Operation of various automated and manual machines.
- Opening of works orders.
- Can read and follow process layout instruction sheets set out to perform duties accurately.
- Flexible in working practices always.
- Fill in route cards and any other paperwork clearly as and when required.
- Work always in an environment of continuous improvement.
- Always work as a team player.
- Inspect and verify their own work with an excellent eye for detail.
- To be able to work on own initiative.
- Use cleaning equipment when required.
- Perform basic TPM activities on equipment used.
- Attend start of shift briefs and other team meetings where required.
- Take part in problem solving activities and Kaizens where required.
