We are looking for full-time, Class 2 Days Drivers to join us at our site in Normanton. This role is temp to perm for the ideal candidate.
Please note ADR is preferred but not essential.
Our client is a third-party provider of transportation and logistics services that offers a range of services from Drayage, Global freight forwarding & Full truckload transport. The company is committed to environmental sustainability and works with customers to create action plans to reduce emissions.
What you will do on a typical day:
- Multidrop deliveries between customer sites, making collections when required.
- Safely operate your vehicle adhering to business standards.
- Using a hand held scanner and completing relevant paperwork.
- Vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with VOSA.
What you need to succeed with our client:
- HGV2 licence
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
- ADR license
- No more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN or CD endorsements.
- A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card.
- Multidrop delivery experience.
