As Quality Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our commitment to food safety, compliance, and excellence. Leading a team of Shift Technologists and QAs, this is a hands-on role where you’ll combine leadership, technical expertise, and continuous improvement to ensure every product meets the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing your Quality team to deliver outstanding results.
- Safeguarding food safety and hygiene standards across the site.
- Maintaining robust documentation - from raw materials through to finished goods.
- Investigating incidents, driving root cause analysis, and embedding corrective actions.
- Being a key contact for customer and BRC audits, ensuring we’re always audit-ready.
About You:
This role is perfect for a quality-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll be detail-driven, passionate about food safety, and ready to influence and inspire your team.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience leading a technical/quality team in food manufacturing.
- Advanced Food Safety & Intermediate HACCP qualifications.
- Ideally educated to HND/Degree level in Food Science (or equivalent).
- Strong organisation skills, able to prioritise and thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills - confident working with colleagues at every level.
