About the Role

We're looking for a HR Services Administrator to join our HR Services team. This role is administration-focused and would suit someone who enjoys working with clear processes and contributing to the smooth delivery of HR services. This will suit someone with experience in HR administration, onboarding or recruitment support who wants to build a strong foundation in HR operations within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating employment contracts and offer letters
  • Uploading and maintaining HR workflows within the system
  • Acting as first-line support for HR queries via the shared inbox
  • Managing HR data, reporting and system updates
  • Shared inbox management and general HR administrative support

About You

You’ll have experience in a similar administrative HR role and feel comfortable working in a busy environment. You enjoy learning and bring a positive, can-do attitude to your work. This role would suit someone from a Recruitment Administration, Onboarding, People Services or HR Administration background who is looking to continue developing their career within HR operations and services.
