About the role:
We are looking for an experienced, highly capable Executive Assistant to support the owner of 2 Sisters Food Group. This is a fast-paced, high-trust role suited to someone who can hit the ground running, think ahead, and confidently take ownership of complex administration.
You will become a central point of contact for day-to-day executive support, ensuring priorities are managed smoothly and communications are handled efficiently across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership's inbox, monitoring emails, triaging requests and ensuring awareness of key issues and deadlines
- Prepare for meetings, including coordinating attendees, agendas and required materials
- Manage approval processes, including holidays and requests for the owner's direct reports across multiple businesses
- Work closely with the owner's PA and diary manager to ensure clear lines of communication and avoid duplication, acting as the correct point of contact for administrative matters
- Arrange complex travel, including trains, flights and private aviation, working within established processes
- Support management of the Boparan
