The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth. Your mission is clear: generate new business, close deals, and earn strong commissions. What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting and engaging potential clients through phone calls, personalised emails, video conferencing, trade shows, and other outbound channels.
- Running discovery calls, pitching solutions, and conducting product demos.
- Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Working closely with founders, marketing, and product teams to drive growth.
- Sharing market feedback to help refine messaging, positioning, and product direction.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma / Bachelor degree in any field.
- Open to candidates from non-sales backgrounds who are driven, coachable, and excited to break into sales.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with cold calling and telemarketing is highly preferred.
- Self-starter mindset, comfortable working independently without heavy supervision.
- Naturally curious with a strong willingness to learn and improve.
- A true hunter who can consistently generate pipeline through outbound efforts.
- Comfortable selling tech, SaaS, or AI solutions (or motivated to ramp up quickly).
