We’re Hiring: Floating Receptionist (Multi-Site Role)

Location: South Oxhey & Borehamwood (occasional cover in Bushey & Watford)
Hours: Part-time 14:00-18:30 4-5 days a week
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Start Date: 30th June 2025

We’re looking for a Floating Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team, working across multiple GP practice sites. This is a key frontline role, ideal for someone who enjoys a change of scenery and can adapt quickly to different team settings.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism
• Processing online triage and telephone requests for appointments, prescriptions, telephone consultations and patient enquiries efficiently
• Supporting clinical teams with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Ensuring excellent service delivery across all sites

Where You\’ll Work

• Primary Sites: South Oxhey & Borehamwood
• Occasional Cover: Bushey & Watford

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

• Reliable, flexible, and happy to travel between sites at short notice to cover annual leave and absences
• A great communicator and team player
• Confident using computers and able to learn clinical systems
• Experienced in reception or customer service (NHS experience a bonus!)
