Whether you're an experienced Head Chef ready to lead, or a Commis Chef just starting out, we have a role and a career path for you. The Roles Head Chef You'll take full ownership of the kitchen leading the team, managing food cost and quality, driving menu development, and setting the standard for everything that leaves the pass. This is a role for an experienced leader who wants autonomy, accountability and the backing of a company invested in your success. Sous Chef Right-hand support to the Head Chef, running the kitchen day-to-day, coaching junior chefs, and making sure every dish hits the mark. A great next step for someone ready to grow into a Head Chef role. Chef de Partie (CDP) Take charge of your own section, delivering consistently high standards under pressure, while learning from senior chefs and building the skills to progress further. Commis Chef Start your culinary career the right way. You'll learn the fundamentals across sections, work alongside experienced chefs, and be supported through structured training and development. What You'll Get We pay a fair wage with our hourly pay being higher than the Government rates, at a minimum. Your earnings will be further enhanced by our 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave with 100% of tips being retained by the team.
