The successful candidate will be an experienced practitioner, working with children with SEMH or ASC needs, have emotional resilience and a flexible approach to working. You will have experience with working with children across Key Stages, have a good understanding of Special Educational Needs, have excellent communication skills and work in partnership with staff and parents.
