We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Manor Vets on a full-time fixed term contract basis. Manor Vets is built up of a large and experienced team, with certificate holders across our practices in various disciplines, allowing us to keep a large and varied caseload in-house. We have digital x-ray, ultrasound, and in-house blood analysers at all sites, k-laser, dental x-ray at Cradley Heath and Lordswood, and a CT scanner at Halesowen.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences. You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.

General responsibilities include:

  • Inpatient care, including admits and discharge appointments
  • Assisting in theatre
  • Triaging patients and assisting with incoming calls
  • Lab work, stock and ordering
