We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic RVN to work alongside our large team of Vets, Nurses, Student Nurses, Veterinary Auxiliaries and Receptionists. The role will include all aspects of nursing. The position is based at our branch in Harborne, located in the West Midlands on the outskirts of Birmingham. We have great transport links into Birmingham city centre and are lucky enough to have some beautiful rural areas nearby too such as Kinver, Clent Hills and the Lickey Hills. You’ll be mainly based at our Harborne site, however there will be occasions in which you’ll be required to cover at our other local branches.

We can offer full time or part time hours for this position, 25 or 40 hours per week. Days of work are open to discussion for part time applicants if set days off are required. Shifts will be varied between the hours of 07:00-19:30 Monday to Friday, and a 1:3 Saturday morning rota 08:00-12:30.

About us

We have ultrasound, CT, K-laser, Endoscopy and laparoscopy and dental xray which allow us to offer a wide range of services to our clients. At our hospital, we have 3-5 vets working per day and certificate holders in multiple disciplines (surgery, medicine, cardiology, exotic species, ophthalmology and ECC). As a practice, we support various local charities, and this makes up some of our caseload. Manor Vets is built up of 24 Veterinary Surgeons, 25 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 7 Student Veterinary Nurses, 9 Veterinary Auxiliaries, 17 Receptionists, 4 admin staff and a team of managers, each one a vital part of our team. We have certificate holders across our practices in various disciplines which allows us to keep a large and varied caseload in-house.
