We are seeking to appoint an Inclusion Assistant to join our vibrant and welcoming special school in North West London. Manor School provides an Ofsted‑judged ‘Outstanding’ specialist learning environment for pupils with a wide range of special needs. We have a clear and strong vision of ‘love, learn, laugh’ which we achieve through creating a positive, engaging setting where all pupils can reach their full potential.
The school is split across three sites in Brent: Manor School, Chamberlayne Road in Kensal Rise, and the Manor School Early Years Centre (MSEYC) on Bridge Road in Neasden. From September 2026 we will open a third site at Canterbury Road, Kilburn. We are recruiting for Teaching Assistants at all 3 sites.
The successful applicant will be working in a provision supporting children with complex communication, behaviour and sensory processing needs. Previous experience of SEND is therefore essential. Experience of a specialist setting is also highly desirable.

Manor School is part of The Rise Partnership Trust and the post holder may be required to work across the Trust as and when necessary.
We are looking for:
- Positive, energetic and creative teaching assistants with a love of teaching and learning
- Applicants who have experience of supporting children with special needs
- People who can work in partnership with their class teacher
- Teaching assistants who have experience in positively managing behaviour
- Candidates with experience or knowledge of autism and/or a range of learning needs and disabilities.
