At Marshall Motor Group Volkswagen Gatwick, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Site Coordinator to support the smooth daily operation of our busy Volkswagen dealership in Gatwick. This role is key to ensuring efficient vehicle flow, excellent site presentation and seamless coordination between departments.
In this role:
- Manage and oversee all vehicle deliveries, ensuring accurate logging, inspection and placement of all arriving units.
- Coordinate vehicle movements throughout the day, ensuring cars are positioned correctly for sales, customer appointments, photography and handovers.
- Maintain clear and organised customer parking, ensuring availability and an orderly, welcoming site layout.
- Provide day‑to‑day support for the New Car, Used Car and Fleet departments, including preparing vehicles as required for display, test drives or customer collection.
- Work with internal teams to prioritise vehicle placement for high‑demand models, customer viewings and handovers.
- Ensure all stock vehicles meet audit and brand guideline requirements, including accurate key control, vehicle presentation and documentation standards.
- Assist with regular vehicle audits and stock checks, maintaining up‑to‑date and accurate records.
- Maintain a high standard of site cleanliness, organisation and presentation in line with Volkswagen brand expectations.
- Support the management team with ad‑hoc operational tasks as required.
We’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a dealership, logistics or automotive environment is desirable but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confident working outdoors and moving vehicles safely across the site.
- A full UK driving licence (clean or minimal points).
- A proactive, positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills.
