About The Role

Marshall Hyundai Gatwick offers a £38,338 basic salary plus uncapped OTE based on time saved and team profit. Benefits include 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays (increases with service), life assurance, discounts on car servicing and purchase, and access to exclusive shopping and lifestyle perks. This is a full-time position requiring 45 hours per week, including weekends on a rota basis.

In this role:

  • You’ll carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty, and repair work.
  • You’ll handle a variety of vehicle maintenance tasks, from oil changes to cambelt changes, supported by digital write-ups and job card completion.
  • You’ll conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with Marshall standards.

We're looking for:

  • Someone with a recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
