The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
You would be working with a small team who have responsibility for providing subject matter expertise to both the worldwide HR colleagues and senior management community. We manage annual reward activities such as pay review, deliver projects and provide day to day advice to colleagues on our global reward tools. As a reward analyst you would have responsibility for key administrative tasks across our range of responsibilities and work with our reward managers to deliver our annual activities and ad-hoc projects. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop varied reward knowledge and skills. You will need to be able to work on your own but with the confidence to ask for help when unsure.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
The role will focus on providing support to the Group Reward team, giving you an insight in to all areas of reward, with some responsibility for regular tasks
Tasks and Responsibilities:
● Support BAU – Work with the Reward Managers to deliver the annual pay review, bonus calculations, bonus targets and PDR calibration
● Data maintenance – You will have responsibility for some data audit activities that help our processes run more efficiently ● Job evaluation – providing support to the Reward Managers by pulling together the information required to make assessment decisions
● International Assignments – you will have responsibility for the data requirements for annual home and host tax returns
● Extraction of data from different systems for reporting purposes, including liaising with colleagues across the business to enable our annual processes and legislative disclosures such as gender pay gap and CEO ration and pay employee pay comparison
● Analysis and evaluation of data for HR and the wider business in support of ad hoc projects
● Completion of survey data, to include data submissions to external providers and job evaluation
● Support the HR team and managers with general reward queries
● Develop project management skills by providing support on various ad-hoc reward projects annually

● Experience working as a Reward Analyst
● High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
● Strong prioritization and communication skills
● Great learning attitude and ability to pick up processes, new systems and tools quickly with a keen focus on continuous improvement
● HR / Business qualifications (degree level / BCS) or equivalent experience.
