Bridgeham Clinic is a well-established private practice in Crawley.
The Clinic offers a powerful combination of osteopathy and Pilates. Bridgeham began 32 years ago and in 2017 moved from a 2-treatment room clinic in Ifield to the current location in the thriving County Oak Retail Park in Manor Royal, where there are 5 treatment rooms and dedicated Pilates machine and movement studios. A multi- disciplinary clinic where everything is under one roof!
Trevor and Jo, together with their expert team of managers, reception staff and practitioners, are passionate about their business, helping people to enjoy movement and to solve the mystery of why their bodies do what they do. They strive to help all people to “Be the best they can be” whether they are a patient, a client, a practitioner, or a member of staff.
The team of practitioners are led by Trevor Strutt, the Institute of Osteopathy’s Principal of the Year award winner in 2015, and Jo Strutt, Pilates and Garuda instructor and ex West End musical theatre dancer/performer. This inspirational husband and wife team demonstrates a never-ending energy and commitment, which is felt throughout the clinic.

Job Description
We are looking to recruit a dynamic, patient-focused, osteopath who would be able to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
The ideal candidate should have an interest in and experience of movement rehabilitation. A Pilates instructor qualification or experience of using Pilates as part of a treatment plan would be an advantage.
We are looking for an osteopath who is passionate and has excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. You must be open and ready to expand and perfect your technical repertoire of techniques through mentoring, observation, and CPD. Working in a multi-disciplinary clinic means you are willing to deepen your existing knowledge whilst maintaining an excellent level of customer service. Good communication will enable you to be able to work as part of an engaged team providing initial assessments, treatment plans and ongoing responsible and ethical management of your patients’ healthcare.
All our team are encouraged to be involved in promoting themselves and the clinic through our Bridgeham marketing and social media platforms. We welcome regular contributions in the way of articles and blogs, vlogs and video testimonials for our targeted monthly social media programme and our monthly patient newsletters.
Peer reviews/observation hours, mentoring, coaching and in-house CPD workshops will help you with your introduction and career development at Bridgeham Clinic.
