This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting with the day-to-day tasks of our team and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments related to ongoing projects
- Prepare reports for Clients as required
- Handle data entry tasks with precision
- Respond professionally to phone inquiries
- Organise files, records, and other administrative materials in a systematic manner
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping as required
- Support team members with administrative tasks to facilitate project progress
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items and project deadlines
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and document preparation
- Previous clerical experience is highly desirable
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with data management systems and basic financial record keeping is advantageous
